Travel and Transportation

Passport or Visa:

Citizens of the following countries need a valid passport but not a visa to enter the U.S.: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay.  All other countries require a visa.  Application information can be found at the U.S. State Department web site.
 

Transportation: 

Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) is the closest airport to the meeting site, with Dulles International and Reagan National airports being alternate options.

From BWI Airport to the meeting site: $35 + $7 for each additional person (up to 10 in party)
From Dulles International Airport: $92 + $15 for each additional person
From Reagan National Airport: $84 + $15 for each additional person

Reservations must be made 3 days in advance, either by phone or by internet. Clearly it is less expensive to coordinate with other passengers.
