Registration Policies


Hotel Rates & Registration

The IEST has blocked off rooms for this meeting at the DoubleTree Hotel Annapolis, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 (+1-410-224-3150). A special rate of $101 per night plus state/local taxes will be available through October 27, 2016 on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel's Reservation Department, specifying time and date of arrival and departure and identifying yourself as a 29th Space Simulation Conference attendee. A deposit of the first night's lodging must accompany each room reservation (major credit cards are accepted). To get the special rate of $101, you need to book early. Once the block of rooms are reserved or after the above date, reservations received will be accepted only on a space-and-rate-available basis.
