*The Proceedings and any coffee breaks, lunches, reception, and tour stated in the final program are included in the
"Both tutorial and complete conference" and "Complete 3-day

Important Note: Conference attendees wishing to attend the included dinner cruise social needed to register for the conference by October 9. Event planning mandates establishment of a complete guest list by this date.
Hotel Rates
The IEST has blocked off rooms for this meeting at the DoubleTree Hotel Annapolis,
Annapolis, Maryland 21401 (800-222-TREE). A special rate of $123 per night plus state/local taxes will be available through September 29, 2008 on a first-come, first-served basis. A printable hotel registration form (PDF file) can be found

Please make your reservations directly with the hotel's Reservation Department, specifying time and date of arrival and departure and identifying yourself as a 25th Space Simulation Conference/NASA/IEST attendee. A deposit of the first night's lodging must accompany each room reservation (major credit cards are accepted). To get the special rate of $123, you need to book early. Once the block of rooms are reserved or after the above date, reservations received will be accepted only on a space-and-rate-available basis.
